Artist Bio's:

Rodney Atkins

Rodney Atkins reached such highs as being named the Top New Male Vocalist of the ACM Awards, seeing his single "Watching You" become the number one song of the decade according to Country Aircheck, and earning the Songwriter at BMI "Million-Air" Award.

With six number-one singles, eight top 5 singles, and 1.4 billion career on-demand streams under his belt, Atkins continues to be recognized as one of the most potent voices in county music. Atkins was the second most-played male artist of the decade overall. He has also sold over 11.4 million units and earned two career Gold, Platinum, and Multi-Platinum RIAA certifications, including his Gold-Certified Single, "Caught Up in the Country," which also set the record for longest-running single in Billboard Country Airplay history at 57 weeks.

The RIAA Platinum-selling artist's current solo studio album "Caught Up in the Country" reveals an artist confident enough to know that making your best music requires patience and experimentation. The results are his most daring collection so far - touching on emotions and sounds which continue to expand his rant - from the twangy celebration of the album's title track featuring the roof-raising vocal of the Fisk Jubilee Singers to the slow cover of Jason Isbell's "Cover Me Up."

Sammy Kershaw

From the moment he released his debut single for Mercury Records, "Cadillac Style," critics and fans all compared Kershaw and George Jones. Rather than run from these comparisons, Sammy embraced them. After all, that stone country sound was what Sammy Kershaw was all about - and that's what he would give his fans! "Cadillac Style" made it all the way to No. 3 on the Billboard charts, and from there - to quote Jones - "The race was on"! Follow-ups such as "Don't Go Near the Water" and "I Can't Reach Her Anymore" established him as one of the finest traditional artists of his time, while records like "Yard Sale" showed that the haunting Jones influence was very much a part of everything he is about.

In 1993, Sammy Kershaw topped the singles chart for the first time with "She Don't Know She's Beautiful," which has become one of the most-played records on Country Radio over the past two decades. Albums such as Don't Go Near the Water and Haunted Heart were certified as million-sellers by the RIAA and only continued to add to his stature. The hits kept coming on the airwaves as well. He added to his resume such classics as "I Can't Reach Her Anymore," "Meant to Be," his cover of The Amazing Rhythm Aces' "Third Rate Romance," and 1998's "Love of My Life," which cemented his reputation as a balladeer.
